Cameron Hope, originally from Coventry, is a self-taught artist based in Bournemouth. Cameron started by drawing with his finger using cigarette ash on table cloths and napkins for friends all over the world. He has now progressed to drawing free-hand on the iPad. Working at his studio, Cam paints contemporary and dramatic pieces original canvas, inspired by his surroundings and also drawing from his passion for following artists such as, L.S. Lowery and David Hockney amongst others.
Cameron has since delivered some bespoke pieces to critical acclaim internationally.
A piece on canvas for AFC Bournemouth, after the visit of the mighty Real Madrid, was signed by the whole Real Madrid team. The original is being auctioned for Charity and is expected to reach over £10,000. There are around 100 limited edition prints available for purchase, which are selling very quickly.
Recently, Cameron delivered a bespoke freehand i-pad piece to chart-topping pop star Tinie Tempah before his show at the Bournemouth International Centre. Tinie remarked that he thought the piece was ‘beautiful’!
